What equipment do I need?

Our workouts are designed to be accessible and flexible, so you won’t need a fully stocked gym to get started. We also offer no equipment, bodyweight only workouts. We recommend having a set of dumbbells and a loop resistance band for basic equipment. As you progress, you might choose to add light/medium/heavier dumbbells, and a small pilates ball for variety and challenge. Each workout offers modifications and cues so you can still get a great workout using what you have.

Yes – we have low-impact cardio quickie sessions that are the perfect dose. Many of our workouts focus on strength and pilates-based movement, which will naturally elevate your heart rate through intentional sequencing. Think strength circuits and compound movements that build cardiovascular endurance without high-impact jumping. If you’re looking for that heart-pumping burn, you’ll find it here – without sacrificing your form (or sanity).

Absolutely! MOVEbecause was created to be welcoming and adaptable for every level. If you’re new to movement or returning after a break, you’ll find clear instructions, gentle progressions, and encouragement every step of the way. There’s no pressure to “keep up” – just press play and follow along at your own pace. Over time, you’ll build confidence, strength, and consistency without the overwhelm. Yes — if you’re an experienced mover, you’ll definitely find challenge here. These workouts are designed to continue to build strength & endurance, core, stability, and overall resilience without burnout. You’ll be guided to lift heavier, move with intention, and push at the right moments. These sessions deliver sustainable, lasting results. It’s about smarter movement – not just harder – that makes an impact.

You can choose if you want a music free experience, or if you want to move with music. For music, select the genre you are feeling (Upbeat Chill, Vibey, Hip Hop, & Chillout) at the bottom of the workout video. You can pause/play, and make volume adjustments to suit your preference.
