Do I need equipment?

We have plenty No Equipment Workouts in the library. Equipment is not required, however it is recommended to gain full use of the platform.

Recommendations include:

  • Dumbbells: can range from 3 lbs – 25 lbs (or heavier) based on preference
  • Resistance Bands: rubber loop bands, or a longer band that can be tied in a loop 
  • Pilates Ball (a ~9″ stability ball). A couch cushion can also be subbed in for some classes
  • Yoga Mat or using a carpet at home can work well too!
